RETURNS

1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Process

  • We will provide a return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged/Incorrect Orders

Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the US.

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

4. Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
